BET YECHIN EMBASSY

Beit Yechin is a 1960s brutalist office building located in the center of Tel Aviv. Half the site consists of a tower and the other with a low rooftop. The urban context of the site contains many embassies within walking radius. The project proposes one dense and secure tower with multiple embassies of various sizes and the addition of an open and accessible public space tower. Some of the functions include a library, gallery, fitness/event/meeting spaces, and garden terraces. They complement the

character of the embassies and encourage cultural exchange between the visitors and employees.

There is a clear space sequence for arrival, passage, and waiting by having separate entrances and circulation paths for the employees and visitors. The embassy division pattern determines the path connections to the public tower. The paths provide visual and physical interactions to allow employees to be more exposed and integrated with Tel Aviv.
